Introduction

We are trying to build online platform which allows trainer to conduct online trainings and trainees can hear the trainer voice and view the white board (not a real board but soft-board) used by the trainer to explain the topics. This is a simple chat like a window where trainer can write free hand using mouse and also trainees can use this board like interface to ask their questions.

Certainly this kind of interface is more robust over video conferencing interfaces since they consume more band width and also costly.

This tool can be used by educational institutions to conduct effective trainings online and students can attend them from their homes or wherever it is comfortable to them. Currently if a working professional want to attend any training either he/she has to go to the institute to attend the training or has to go through audio/video material which is not interactive at all.

Using this tool trainee can attend the trainings right from his/her home or Starbucks coffee shop :)

Already conducted trainings on this tool can be immediately converted to re-playable Audio Video recordings. This will be added advantage.

In a public deployment of this tool (portal), trainers and trainees can register themselves and trainer can charge some fee for a training. Also trainees can give ratings to trainers so that it will be helpful for other trainees and also for trainer to improve.
